18-1. Context menu in the Mail list field
| When any mail
is selected in the Mail list field, you can use extra functions
by clicking mail with pressing Control key. |

Each of pop up menu items are following.
| Re-encoding
of received mail |
If your
received mail has garbage characters or any indication trouble,
Magellan can possibly correct them by re-encoding. It is same as double-clicking with pressing Control+Option keys. The received mail will re-encoded from original data. Once the re-encoding is done, the change will be saved automatically. |
| Remove attachments | You can remove attachment without opening e-mail. |
| Open
as new mail |
When you reply or send mail again, In-reply-to or References information will remains. You can open new mail window and paste selected mail body directly. |
| Open mail source | Show source of mail. |
| Show mail information | Show detailed mail information. |
| Show Finder information | It is same as "Get info" menu of Finder. |
18-2. Diagnose & repair database
This function is for diagnosing and repairing database of mail received by Magellan.
It is not necessary in daily use but in case of System crash or something, you can check on mail database.
Just start Magellan and select the menu from your Apple menu. Diagnosing will finish within 1 minute in normal case.
